Jamie Dornan is very busy in fifty shades of grey shooting

When you are successful, you have to pay a price for it and it shows when you are a certain Jamie Dornan and your producers are your fans. Yes, that is what has happened with Jamie Dornan recently. The 31 year old actor, who has shot to fame after being chosen as the lead actor of the movie version of the novel “Fifty Shades...” used to be a television actor. But you already knew that. What we bet you didn’t know was that even after bidding adieu to his television projects like “The Fall” and “once Upon a time” his producers still want him back.
And the father of one has already committed to return to crime drama “The Fall”, where he will star opposite the beautiful Gillian Anderson and reprise his role as a serial killer. The shooting of “The Fall” starts in Belfast, at the end of the month. But his other television serial, “Once Upon a Time” is not in for such luck, it seems. The fantasy series in which he starred in the role of the huntsman and Sheriff Graham, wants him back for the third season, but there is a little challenge or difficulty, for his character was killed off, there is hope maybe, his “Fifty Shades...” schedule permitting.
Jamie Dornan left the show after he was selected to play the lead in this movie and the executive producer of the fantasy series, Edward Kitsis has said that though his character in the series has been killed off, he has still managed to make an appearance, now and then, for the past two seasons. He was introduced to the audience as Sheriff Graham, but after his sudden and untimely demise of the character, he was re-introduced as the huntsman, and in season 2 he made his presence felt in a flashback sequence. Executive producer of the show Adam Horowitz has seconded Kitsis’ opinion and said that they miss Jamie dearly.
But the executive producers know that he is very busy with the schedule and coming back for a third season on “Once Upon a Time” sounds like a distant dream for them. Ironically, it was because of another television actor, Charlie Hunnam, that Jamie got the opportunity in the first place to start working on this project. It was Charlie Hunnam who was initially selected to play the role of Christian Grey, the tormented business mogul, but citing his work, schedule and commitment to his show “Sons of Anarchy”, the British actor left “Movie Fifty shades

But what was considered a misfortune for Hunnam quickly became a blessing in disguise for Dornan. After all, it is not every day that a television actor (no hard feelings for the medium) and a former Calvin Klein model gets the opportunity of a lifetime to work on the literary adaptation of a hugely successful book. And when you have a companion like a certain Dakota Johnson, do you really need any other distractions? Kidding... Jamie if happily married with a kid, ladies!

Fifty Shades of Grey Movie Cast News: Jamie Dornan, Katie Cassidy Talk 50 Shades Roles

When the topic of discussion is the casting rumours of “Fifty Shades....” you can expect a new twist and turn anytime. First, there was the news that Charlie Hunnam has been cast as Christian Grey in the movie adaptation of the novel trilogy penned by Erica James, and then just as suddenly it had been announced, it was revealed that he had left the project to devote more time to his television show, “Sons of Anarchy”. This news not only left the fans of the franchise and Charlie Hunnam disheartened, but also forced the casting team to look for a suitable substitute.
When talking about the new actor who filled the shoes of Charlie Hunnam, Jamie Dornan, it has to be mentioned that he too is a television actor and has been known for his roles in “The Fall” and “Once Upon a Time”. Initially, the fans of the franchise had a little trouble accepting him as the new Christian Grey, but with a lot of support from his chiselled good looks and Erica James, they have finally warmed up to him. A character like Christian Grey has many women in his life and the latest one among them is the 21 year old Anastasia Steele whom he seduces and makes his submissive partner.
But the submissive partner before her, Leila, to be played by Katie Cassidy, is also a character to watch out for. When addressing the rumours of her being cast as Leila in the adaptation, at the New York Fashion Week, Katie revealed that she is indeed a fan of the novel and has put all rumours to rest by saying that she will indeed be a part of the franchise on the big screen. Her character in the novel is that of Grey’s submissive partner before he meets Ana.
They have a relationship of two and a half years, but she leaves him to be with her husband, who she eventually leaves to be with another boyfriend Geoff, Geoff is incidentally killed in an accident, which drives her to the point of insanity. The role definitely calls for some intense action with Grey and the other men in her life, and for an actor of Katie’s prowess who has been seen in “Taken” and “Gossip Girl”, we are sure it’s just another day at work. It was Erica James, who had broken the news of Katie joining the cast of “Fifty Shades...” and given her proximity to the author, we are sure that she will be the centre of attention once she starts shooting.

With the shooting of Fifty Shades Movie already underway in Vancouver, it is any day now that Katie can join Jamie on set and when the two meet, if the script holds such a possibility, we are sure that sparks will fly. To really see if the sparks fly between Jamie and Dakota, who play Christian and Ana, on reel, we have to wait till 13th February 2015.

Jamie Dornan to leave ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ to start work on ‘The Fall’?

Jamie Dornan fans will be officially perplexed, sad and angry when they hear that the Irish hunk of an actor is about to leave the “FiftyShades...” project. But to console them only one thing can be said, and that is, the actor is not leaving the movie franchise for good. He will be merely taking a break. The actor, who was primarily known for his television roles in “Once Upon a Time” and “The Fall”, will be taking a break and going to Belfast to reprise his role in “The Fall”.
He will start shooting for the second season of the series and unlike the earlier Mr. Grey; he will not be leaving the venture. But no sooner had the word got out that the former Calvin Klein model was leaving the movie, than everybody started thinking that history was about to repeat itself. In this context, it must be mentioned that any new news regarding the cast of the “Fifty Shades...” movie sparks off a domino effect of rumours because of the incidents that have already happened with the movie adaptation and have left an indelible impression on the movie.
The first time any such cast change rumour was heard was when Charlie Hunnam, who was selected to play the role of Christian Grey, walked out of the venture citing his commitment to his television show “Sons of Anarchy” and now if the actor, who has replaced him as Christian Grey, does the same, it is bound to give the producers and the director and the casting team of the movie adaptation sleepless nights. Though the chances of Jamie Dornan leaving the movie are slim, since he has been shooting for the film since December, one can’t be too sure.
The actor is still in Vancouver, Canada shooting the outdoor scenes with his leading lady, Dakota Johnson. The Fifty Shades Movie has been reportedly shot indoors with very few crew members in attendance. The actor will be taking a break of 16 weeks to travel to Belfast, where he will then get busy to shoot for “The Fall”. The actor will also be joined by Gillian Anderson shooting for “The Fall”. The actress was finishing up her commitments on the US show “Hannibal”, due to which the filming of “The Fall” had to go through a delay.
The executive producer of the series “The Fall”, Gub Neal was also quoted as saying that they have been talking to the Irish actor for over nine months and it has been confirmed that his “Fifty Shades...” schedule will not affect the shooting of “The Fall” in any way. It is being rumoured that the actor will begin shooting the series in Belfast at the end of January or the beginning of February. We hope that the Jamie Dornan’s 16 week stint in Belfast doesn’t change his mind in any way and he comes back to continue shooting for “Fifty Shades...” so that come February 13, 2015, his fans can happily tag along to theatres to watch him in action.

‘50 Shades of Grey' Movie Curse Rumours: Dakota Johnson and Rita Ora Breakups?

By now the “Fifty Shades...” movie adaptation is known for its ensemble star cast as much as its high profile cast changes, marked by celebrity entries and exits. The movie, which is an adaptation of the Erica James novel of the same name, has seen quite a few upheavals in recent times. The first one started with Charlie Hunnam. We are sure you remember Charlie Hunnam. He was the first actor chosen to play the role of the sado-masochistic self made billionaire, Christian Grey. But his exit from the venture gained more popularity than his entry as the titular character. The television actor known for his role on “Sons of Anarchy” was paired opposite Dakota Johnson and was set to appear as the deep and brooding entrepreneur.
But no sooner had he thought of donning one of Grey’s crisp shirts and sharp suits, quite literally, than there was a severe backlash of the fans of the “Fifty Shades.....” trilogy. Amidst such furore, the British actor decided to call it quits as Christian Grey. Though the real reason of his departure may never be known, insiders say that it was this backlash which forced him to rethink his decision. The producers, however, have another version ready for the fans. According to them, Charlie quit the show so that he could concentrate more on his television endeavours. But the curse surrounding this movie does not stop here; in fact it just started with this. Once Hunnam quit the venture, a huge question mark loomed over the fate of the film.
Many fans were actually convinced that the film would be shelved indefinitely. But thwarting such rumours, another Christian Grey was found in Jamie Dornan. And now, with the shooting already underway the film is finally on its way to release. Though the release has been pushed back quite a bit and now the film is to release on the 13th of February 2015. We say better late than never. Talking of curses and this film, the word is also going around that the two very pretty women involved with this film are having to spend frayed times in their personal lives. The women in question are leading lady Dakota Johnson, who plays the role of Anastasia Steele and Rita Ora, who plays the role Mia Grey, the adopted sister of Christian Grey.

All is not well on the personal front for these two ladies. Dakota, who has been going around with Jordan Masterson since last year, is said to be having a difficult time trying to balance her personal life and the onscreen persona she puts on as Ana, the submissive sexual partner of Christian Grey. Many insiders believe that the racy scenes are to be blamed for this. Jordan on the other hand is becoming super possessive of his girlfriend who shares a good chemistry with actor Jamie Dornan, the Christian Grey of the venture. It was also recently reported that Dornan is ‘overprotective’ of Johnson and in that case Jordan has every reason to worry, we guess.
